The Red Room at Pardini’s is a cocktail bar and private event space located in Northwest Fresno that offers both classic and modern crafted cocktails in a space that pairs vintage elegance with modern design. The team, led by seasoned barman Ryan Metcalf, combines their extensive knowledge of spirits with a passion for hospitality.
